Live-Streamed Fit Group Exercise Sessions on Zoom
All levels are welcome, no matter your fitness level or age. All classes begin with a warm-up and end with a cool down and stretching. Take a look at some of the exercises that we will do in the training sessions.

To make your virtual fit group exercise sessions productive:
- Inform the instructor of any physical limitations you may have before the class or any considerations prior to starting the training session.
- All levels are welcome as we will show modifications and options on all moves.
- All sessions start at the time listed on the schedule.
- Remember to pace yourself and work at your own level.
- Don’t forget to drink plenty of water.
- Regular physical activity is necessary to develop and improve all components of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular endurance, strength, and flexibility.
- Our goal is simple: We want you to want to connect with us and to love the exercise you are doing.
All classes are 60 minutes in length unless otherwise noted. All classes, time, and instructors are subject to change/or cancellation.
